Where We Ship
We currently deliver within Malta, the European Union (EU), and the European Economic Area (EEA).
Malta (Local Orders)
Courier: MaltaPost
Delivery Time: 2–3 business days
Cost: Free shipping on all local orders
Tracking: Included on all orders
Convenience Option: You can choose to collect your parcel from a MaltaPost EasiPik Locker — a quick and flexible way to receive your Skai Skai pieces.
EU/EEA (International Orders)
Courier: MaltaPost International Service
Delivery Time: Approximately 2–3 weeks
Shipping Cost: Calculated upon request — please contact us for a quote before placing your order
Tracking: Available
Note: We currently do not offer shipping outside the EU/EEA
Customs & Duties
For EU/EEA deliveries, no customs or import duties apply. If your delivery address is outside the EU, any import taxes or customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your SKAI SKAI pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 20 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be:
Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Returned in original packaging
Free from damage or signs of wear
Items that show use or wear may not be accepted.
Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges
Damaged or faulty items: Eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Other returns: You’ll receive store credit or an exchange of equal value.
Refund timeframe: Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
Return Shipping Costs
Malta and Gozo: Free returns. EU/ EEA: Buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Simply email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide the return address.
Additional Notes
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the policy criteria.
